Gagan was born with the desire to be a chef — his grandfather the owner of a sweet shop in Delhi, and his father an international hospitality professional. And after more than 20 years honing his craft in global venues like Crown, Hyatt, and Westin, Gagan brings his innate love of food to Strato Melbourne. As Melbourne’s infamous seasons shift and change, no two visits to Strato are alike. But with Gagan at the helm of a world-class team, you can expect outstanding dishes and impeccable service regardless of the weather.

In 2011, Vinod was selected by the acclaimed Donovan Cooke to join his opening team at The Atlantic restaurant — which, would go on to receive a hat in its first year of operation. Now, Vinod brings 16-years of global experience and his speciality in modern Australian and French cuisine to Strato Melbourne. Vinod’s plates are inspired by the environment in which he is immersed. So, it comes as no surprise that he is most excited about the ever-evolving landscape of working on the 40th floor. But what is surprising comes at a result of that inspiration — taste, and you will see.
